Miguel Maruszki

Miguel began his legal career in 2006 working for the Insurance Companies. For this first part of his career he practiced at a leading insurance defence firm in Toronto. His clients were many of the Insurance Companies he now regularly makes claims against for his clients. The experience gained on the other side of the table allows Miguel to build and advance his clients’ claims to the fullest extent. Miguel has Trial and Arbitration experience on complex injury and insurance matters. Miguel’s practice is dedicated to advocating on behalf of seriously injured victims, many of which suffer catastrophic injuries.
Miguel is the managing partner at Desai Maruszki.
Peter Cimino
Partner
Peter Cimino is a partner with Desai Maruszki. He has spent his entire legal career advancing the interests of those who have suffered serious personal injuries. He represents clients who have been involved in motor vehicle accidents and slip and falls, denied long- and short-term disability benefits, or have been the victim of an assault. His scientific background gives him a unique understanding of client injuries, and provides a pragmatic lens to analyze claims.
Michael Ettedgui

Rachel Radomski

It is with deep admiration and respect that we honour our Partner, Rachel Radomski.
As a graduate of Western University, Rachel obtained her Juris Doctor in 2012 and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2013. She was a skilled litigator who had appeared before the Superior Court of Justice, the Ontario Court of Appeal, and the Licence Appeal Tribunal. Previously Chair of the Women Trial Lawyers Caucus of the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association, Rachel regularly presented before professional organizations.
Rachel was an extraordinary individual who leaves behind a legacy defined by excellence and an unwavering commitment to advocating for injury victims. Rachel was a fearless leader while being a compassionate being. Rachel created a permanent and positive impact not only with our firm but on the entire personal injury bar, the legal profession and the community at large. She will forever be loved and missed by all who have had the honour of knowing her. Beyond her professional achievements, she will be remembered for her integrity, warmth, kindness and devotion to her family and friends.
